This past May I graduated with a BFA in Painting and Drawing from Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, MA. I have had the opportunity to work as an intern at the Arts Center in Troy, NY and the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA.
My childhood was filled with rolling down hills of my yard, reading under a tulip tree and drawing models out of magazines. The mornings spent watching Pappyland with my mother and sisters are one of my first memories of drawing. I became so intrigued as I watched the creations my mother made. I kept a journal and filled it with images of my day, and as I grew my days were filled with art. I spent the majority of my high school career in the art room, inspired by an amazing art teacher who helped me prepare for art school.
